The American Red Cross Marine Corps Base Butler organizes volunteer, instructional, humanitarian and emergency services to the entire U.S. Marine Corps foot print in Okinawa, Japan.
The American Red Cross offers a variety of health and safety courses to meet your training needs like Adult CPR, Infant & Child CPR, Standard First Aid, Babysitter Training, and much more. They can help with contacting individuals during emergency situations that need to know where you are and what's happening.

The Information, Referral and Relocation Program is your centralized location for information on resources and services throughout Okinawa to help improve mission readiness and quality of life for all personnel and their families. The program also provides relocation services to support personnel and their family members when they arrive and depart from Okinawa. With a total of five facilities conveniently located throughout the island, an Information and Referral Specialist is always ready to assist.
