Temporary Housing

Landmark Inn Lodging facilities are open to military personnel (all ranks/grades), their family members, guests, and retired military and their guests. You can make advance reservations up to 6 months ahead of time. Incoming PCS personnel may occupy guest house facilities for up to 30 days without loss of BAH. Outgoing personnel may occupy guest house facilities for up to 10 days. The Standard room rate is $105.00 per day for all ranks. Please note that you are required to pay in advance for 7 days upon check-in. For information, call 910-853-7618 or DSN 312-236-7700. Candlewood Suites Fort Bragg is located at D-3705 Darby Loop, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.

The Normandy House and Carolina Inn is located at 3801 Tomahawk Circle, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 per pet, with an additional $10.00 per night fee beginning on the 8th night. Limit of 2 pets per room.

Reservations

You need to make reservations as soon as possible. You can make reservations 30 to 60 days in advance by calling 910-853-7618, press 1. You are entitled to 10 days of Temporary Lodging Expenses during your PCS move.

Temporary lodging reservations are accepted 60 days prior to arrival. To make reservations, call 910-853-7618. Pets are allowed but space is limited.

There is a Fitness center located on the first floor for all Lodging customers.
