The New York State Department of Labor and Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) sponsor a Transition Assistance Program Workshop for retiring and transitioning Service Members, and their spouses. The workshop is offered every other month at the Education Center, Fort Hamilton. All personnel must attend not later than 90 days prior to their discharge date.
