Fort Leavenworth, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate houses the legal assistance and claims office. They can be reached by calling 913-684-4944, fax, 913-684-4940. Legal services are available to military members, retirees, and family members.

Hours of Operation are Mon-Wed and Fri - 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Thursday - 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Notary service: walk-in during business hours
1-2 Saturdays each month, Reserve attorneys offer services
