Features

Availability/Reservations

• Soldiers and family members on official permanent change of station (PCS), and temporary duty (TDY) orders to and from the installation have priority.
• Reservations can be accepted up to one year in advance for soldiers on orders.
• Initial reservations for those on orders can be made for a maximum of 30 days and extensions can be requested after that.
• Rooms are "space available" for leisure travel and can be reserved from seven to 14 days in advance.
• Initial reservations for leisure travel can be made for a maximum of three days with extensions granted based on availability.

Pets

• An initial nonrefundable pet fee of $75 is due upon arrival and starting from the sixth night, A $7 daily pet fee will be charged.
• Up-to-date pet health and shot records are required when checking in.
• Make reservations ahead of time and make sure there are accommodations for your pet.
• Pets on the restricted list will not be allowed to stay at Army Lodging.
• You will need to sign a pet agreement upon check-in, be responsible for cleaning up after your pet, and will be charged for any damages made.

Features

• Government owned and operated facility primarily used by National Guard and student Soldiers
• 40 twin, two-bed shared room with shared bathroom between two rooms          
• 80 single, queen bedrooms with shared bathroom between two rooms         
• Accommodations are located throughout the National Guard Training area, East 7^th to 16^th Streets and Harmon to Bultman Avenues.
• Amenities include in-room Wi-Fi, cable television, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot, daily housekeeping
• Limited handicap accessible rooms available

Availability/Costs/Reservations

• National Guard and student soldiers have the highest priority.
• Active duty, and geographical bachelors, retirees, Department of Defense civilians, veterans and the military ID card holding family members can reserve rooms on a space available basis.
• Future and remaining days of space available reservations can be cancelled to accommodate priority personnel.
• Advanced reservation is encouraged but not required; accommodations for families are possible
• Twin, two bed shared rooms are $30 per bed, per night
• Single, queen bedrooms with shared bathroom are $40/ per night, per room
• Rooms are available for non-official use with $2/night surcharge
• Make prior arrangements for check-in if you plan to arrive after 4p.m. on the weekdays, the weekend or federal holiday as the office will be closed during these times.
• Maximum Length of Stay is 179 days per year but exceptions to policy can be requested.
• No pets accepted.

Holbrook Campground on Fort Stewart is located at Fort Stewart Road, 48 South (off Georgia Highway 144 East).

Reservations/Check-in

• Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance with a one-day deposit.
• Reservations can also be made at the Low Country Adventure Center.
• Please check in during normal business hours at Building 8325. 
• After normal business hours, you can go directly to your reserved site and check in at Building 8325 the following morning.

Primitive Sites

• $8 per tent, per night for active-duty soldiers, retirees, Department of Defense civilians and 100% disabled veterans
• eight primitive sites available with grills, picnic tables, fire pits, bath house, restrooms

Powered Sites

• 30 powered sites available; Sites 1-19 have water and electricity, and Sites 20-30 have full hookup.
• Amenities include grills, picnic tables, 30/50-amp electricity, dump station, fire pits, bath house, restrooms, water
• Sites 1-19 are $27 per night for active-duty soldiers, retirees, DOD civilians and 100% disabled veterans.
• Sites 20-30 are $30 per night for active-duty soldiers, retirees, DOD civilians and 100% disabled veterans.
• Sites 1-30 are $22 and $25 for non-full and full hook-up respectively, per night for Golden Age Access Pass seniors or seniors with America the Beautiful national park passes.
• Monthly passes are $650/month for Sites 1-19 and $800/month for Sites 20-30
• Nine long-term rental spots available for one-year reservations and are space-available for active-duty members only.
