Army Community Service assists the garrison commander in maintaining the readiness of individuals, families and communities within the U.S. Army by developing, coordinating and delivering services which promote self-reliance, resiliency and stability during war and peace.
ACS services are offered to active, retired, Reserve and National Guard soldiers and family members regardless of their branch of service. Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees (appropriated and non-appropriated), and their dependent family members are also eligible to use most services.
