IMPORTANT NOTE: There is not yet a reciprocal agreement between AFAS, Army Emergency Relief, Coast Guard Mutual Assistance or Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society to process streamlined loans.
American Red Cross
The Mid-Rio Grande Chapter of the American Red Cross provides services to Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque and the following 19 counties which include: Bernalillo, Colfax, Curry, DeBaca, Guadalupe, Harding, Los Alamos, Mora, Quay, Rio Arriba, Roosevelt, Miguel, Sandoval, Santa Fe, Socorro, Taos, Torrance, Union, and Valencia counties. Local UNITED WAY 211
The Local UNITED WAY 211 provides free information and referrals to health and human services, government agencies, and community based organizations. United Way 2-1-1 is a comprehensive source for information, better connecting our community and increasing self-sufficiency. By providing appropriate referrals to available human services, teachers, individuals, children and families are able to access resources within our community.
