Legal Assistance

The Legal Assistance Office provides active duty, retired military, and their eligible family members with basic legal services.

An appointment to speak with a legal assistance attorney can be made filling out a client intake sheet and an affidavit of representation.  Once completed, an appointment to speak with an attorney will be executed telephonically.   
Base Legal will provide an opportunity for qualifying persons to hold a teleconference with an attorney to obtain legal advice. 

Please be sure to collect all pertinent documents, correspondence, records, and information related to your issue before you meet with an attorney. 

Document notarization, affidavits of domicile for the DMV, and most powers of attorney do not require an appointment and can be done at any time during regular business hours.
