Contact information for key programs and services at this installation.
Deployment can be a challenging phase of the military lifecycle, but it’s important to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. The military provides a variety of resources and support programs — ranging from educational briefings to morale calls — for your loved ones, children and service members to ease the stress of deployment. Military members may be assigned to a specific installation but support may come from local communities, Yellow Ribbon events or the installation itself.
Marine & Family Programs (M&FP) offers a variety of services to deploying military personnel and their family members. In coordination with the deploying military personnel's Unit Readiness Coordinator (URC), Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) is able to deliver pre-deployment, mid-deployment, return & reunion, and post-deployment briefs. Additionally, MCFTB provides a myriad of classes that seek to enhance well-being and family functioning throughout the deployment cycle for all family members.
The Behavioral Health (BH) branch of M&FP supports families of deployed service members by offering an array of classes that enhance well being and coping strategies. Families are encouraged to contact BH to learn about all available resources. The Behavioral Health branch office contact number is 229-639-5252. MCFTB contact number is 229-639-5767. For additional information or support, contact your unit's URC.
