The Military and Family Support Center is one part of a larger network of agencies, programs, services, partnerships and individuals that supports your personal and family readiness. The larger system called the Military Family Readiness System is a web of support for you and your family. The Military and Family Support Center should be one of your first stops once you arrive at a new installation. The programs and services they offer are a key resource for you and your family.

Confidential Non-Medical Counseling - Our licensed counselors provide individual, child, family, and marriage counseling at seven accessible locations throughout San Diego. Simply call Centralized Scheduling at 866-923-6478 to set up an appointment. You may also contact FFSC for referrals to other free individual and family counseling options available through partner resources and TRICARE.
Volunteer Program - CNRSW FFSC San Diego offers volunteer opportunities such as assisting our team with administrative and office projects or providing customer service in our Career Center. Contact your local FFSC to connect with our volunteer coordinator for more information on these opportunities and referrals to other volunteer opportunities within the military and civilian community.
Exceptional Family Member Program Support - EFMP enrollment can be stressful. Save yourself time and frustration by contacting your FFSC to speak with a EFMP case liaison. You can also contact the Regional EFMP MTF Coordinator at Naval Medical Center San Diego by calling 619-532-8586.
