FCC: Osan Air Base Family Child Care (FCC) provides in-home childcare for children from 2 weeks to 12 years of age. Providers can care for no more than 6 children at a time and are able to care for siblings in the same environment. The cost off full-time FCC care for families who enroll in the AFFCC subsidy program is the same as the cost of enrollment at the CDC.
FCC providers may also offer part-time care and hourly drop-in care, some of which is subsidized so there is no cost to families.
To learn more about the FCC program, please visit https://51fss.com/family-child-care-program/.

Registration and enrollment
To enroll your child in CDC programs, you must first register them on the waitlist through MilitaryChildCare.com. Next, you will receive an offer based on the waitlist. After accepting the offer, you will get a welcome email with a list of documents to provide and a blank enrollment packet.
The following documents are required as part of the enrollment packet:
After submitting the enrollment packet, you are required to attend CDC orientation. Once these steps are complete, your child may start care.
Osan School Age Care provides before and after school programming for children from kindergarten up to 12-years of age.
The following are included:
Programs offered at SAC include either before school care, after school care, or before and after school care. Full-day care is offered on 'No School' days, and during winter, spring, and summer breaks along with some week-long specialty camps (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day).
Children with Special Needs
Special needs are defined as conditions that require special services beyond those usually necessary to promote a child's growth and development. Included are speech impairments, developmental delays, physical handicaps, and medical conditions (including chronic health conditions such as allergies and asthma). The Osan Child Development Center (CDC), School Age Program (SAP), and Youth Programs (YP) accept children with special needs when the program can provide reasonable accommodation to support the child. Prior to being accepted into the program, concurrence of a special needs panel is required. The panel will make recommendations to the program staff to allow maximum participation and provide a quality experience. If the recommendation is for inclusion into the program, a reasonable period of time will be determined to allow for possible staffing adjustments and training to meet the child's needs.
