When you arrive at your new installation, you’ll need to follow installation-specific procedures. Each installation and service handles in-processing differently. Here, you can find installation-specific guidelines and a list of documents to bring with you when checking- in. Reach out to the contacts provided if you have specific questions.
The Pass and Visitor Office/Military Personnel Office is the initial place of contact for entrance onto the installation for in-processing. In-processing/out-processing procedures vary from organization to organization. Therefore, contact with the sponsor or sponsor's unit is essential to navigate following procedures. Any Soldier entering Pine Bluff Arsenal should check in with their unit upon arrival. Army Community Service can be utilized for Soldiers upon entry for In-briefing and Newcomer orientations.
Lodging
Pine Bluff Arsenal is a small installation that provides services to Soldiers, Families, and Civilians across the state. Army Community Service provides base information and referral services for Relocation Assistance through on and off-post resources. PBA Recreational Lodging is also accessible to Soldiers, Families, and Civilians. Contact information for the Lodging Office is 870-540-3008 or DSN 312-966-3008.
Soldiers that marry prior to their PCS, must inform their commander and follow the procedures exactly as presented to them. The military will not compensate for travel and/or housing of spouses if procedures are not followed.
