Legal Assistance

The Office of the Staff Judge Advocate provides legal services to commanders and their staff, military law enforcement, Airmen and their dependents, retirees, civilian employees, and their families, and some contractors. The Royal Air Force Mildenhall Legal Office is located in Building 428.

Walk-in services are available for Powers of Attorney (POA) and Notaries. Please pre-coordinate with the institution you are working with to see which POAs they will accept. We ask that if you have closing documents to please call our office to book an appointment.

Legal assistance is by appointment only. The legal office offers appointments on a variety of topics to include, but not limited to:
