Youth Services Overview

A wide range of programs are available for youth and teens, including youth sports and recreation programs, educational programs and programs that support leadership and career development.  Please review the information to learn what programs and services are available at this installation. 

Subtopics

The Tinker Youth Center offers a variety of educational, social, recreational, and physical programs.  The School Age Program is for children ages 5-12 years, the Membership Program is for pre-teens 10-12 years and teens 13-18 years, and the Sports & Fitness Program for children ages 3-12 years. The Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) Youth Center offers a variety of activities and programs such as:

  • Congressional Award Program -- Go for the Gold, Silver, or the Bronze! Put your community service and self- advancement to good work and earn your congressional medal today!
  • Keystone Club – This club is for teens ages 14 - 18 and conducts a virtual meeting every Wednesday at 3 pm. The youth engage in programs and activities agreed upon, developed and implemented by the members themselves.
  • Torch Club – This club is for pre-teens ages 10 - 12 and conducts a virtual meeting every Wednesday at 4 pm. The youth engage in programs and activities agreed upon, developed and implemented by the members themselves.

Youth Sports/Instructional Classes

The Youth Center offers a variety of Youth Sport for youth ages 3-12 years of age. Please contact the Youth Center for the upcoming youth sports schedule.
