Youth Sponsorship Program
Daegu Teens have created a 'Teen Welcome Package'. There is a sponsorship program in place to connect incoming teens with Daegu Teens. Request a sponsor to assist you with questions or concerns about Korea. All our teens have been in your shoes, we want to lend a helping hand. The Youth Sponsorship Program helps youths moving to Korea by matching them up with another age-appropriate youth presently living here. The youths correspond in order to find out exactly what to expect upon their arrival to USAG Daegu.
As soon as you know that you are coming to USAG Daegu, let the Child and Youth Service Center or Army Community Service know so that they can send you a welcome packet and a sponsor's name. American teens in Daegu are quite excited to hear about new teen arrivals. Let our teens help your teens!! Teens in the Daegu area need to be resourceful in locating employment opportunities.
