International Hotels Group Army Hotel Fort Jackson offers a variety of temporary accommodations and amenities to service members, family members with military identification, retirees, Department of Defense civilians on official orders, and family members of graduating service members.

IHG Army Hotel Fort Jackson provides all guest services including central reservations at 877-711-8326, hotel registration and checkout. Open 24 hours, seven days a week. Location

IHG Army Hotel Fort Jackson, Building 7550 Benning Road, is located near the intersection of Marion Ave and Benning Road. From Gate 2, continue on Strom Thurmond Blvd and make a left turn at the third traffic light, Marion Avenue. Stay in the right lane and make a right on Benning Road at the Soldier Support Institute sign. The hotel is immediately on the right. From Gate 4, take the right turn at Dixie Road, turn left at Hampton Parkway, turn right at Marion, and turn left at Benning Road. Hotel is on the right. GPS coordinates 34.019047, -80.927325.

Availability

We recommend that you make hotel reservations well in advance of your arrival. If you are on military orders, you are encouraged to make reservations as soon as orders are received. Please note that during the permanent change of station season on-post lodging is often fully booked.

• Temporary Duty Travel, orders required
• Space available (or Space A) personnel are eligible to stay in lodging. Reservation can be made at any time and guests attending institutional training already have their individual reservations made at IHG Army Hotels through the group.

Maximum length of stay

• PCSing in: 30 days
• PCSing out: 10 days
• Retiring: five to seven days, space permitting
• Space A: five to seven days, space permitting

Cost

The room rates range from $69-$119 plus tax for all unofficial visitors. Rates may be adjusted annually. Temporary Lodging Allowance is reimbursable fo4 140 days.

Pet Restrictions

Pets are allowed in the IHG Army Hotel - Palmetto Lodge $75 fee and $7 per night after sixth night. If you need a pet-friendly unit, you should make your reservations as far in advance as possible. Many of the hotels off post may not accept pets. If you have a pet, please make sure you contact the hotel at 803-782-9802, not through their toll-free number.

The brand new Staybridge Suites is a pet-friendly hotel with plenty of grassy area for pets to enjoy as well as the beautiful Riverfront Park one block away for dog walking.

Special Needs

Limited special needs units are available. If temporary lodging is not available, the garrison can assist you in making recommendations for local hotel/motel reservations. Off-base temporary lodging is plentiful - just make sure that the cost is within your Per Diem range. Temporary lodging is not run by IHG and IHG cannot issue statements of non-availability.

Off-Post Lodging

The Victory Travel Office makes off-post reservations until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They may be contacted at 800-221-3503. The IHG Army Hotel Fort Jackson Reservations department is staffed until 8 p.m. daily and the 877-711-8326 reservations department is 24 hours. Callers may also leave a message and a reservationist will return the call the next day.
