A loan closet is a program that allows service members, families and loved ones to borrow durable equipment or resources especially as they are awaiting their household good. This program varies by service so check out the below information to see what is offered at this installation.
Items available for checkout from our Loan Locker vary and include items such as microwaves, dish packs, mixers, coffee pot, folding tables and chairs, irons and ironing boards, playpens, fans, vacuum cleaners, air mattresses, etc. These items may be loaned out for two weeks while you are settling in at Little Rock AFB for no charge. We do not loan out any linens or bedding.

You may borrow essential household items from the Military and Family Readiness Center, located in Bldg Bldg 940 in the Walters Community Center, 501-987-2667; DSN 731-2667.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday's from 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Computers and a fax machine are also available for use by military I.D. cardholders - this enables new arrivals and TDY personnel to stay in touch with family and conduct necessary business.
