With certain military moves, you may find yourself looking for housing that’s a little less permanent before making long-term arrangements. There are several temporary housing options that may be right for you. Explore the information about temporary housing facilities including allowances, lodging rates and eligibility.
Fighter Country Inn is open around-the-clock. Families will stay in one of the temporary lodging facilities for up to 30 days based on availability. Single airmen arriving after duty hours or on weekends are lodged in visiting airmen's quarters until the first duty day. You are encouraged to make temporary-quarter reservations prior to arrival through your sponsor or by calling 623-856-3941, DSN 312-896-3941, 888-AFLODGE or 888-235-6343.
Fighter Country Inn offers temporary lodging on base at an affordable price. The inn features a variety of clean comfortable rooms within walking distance of many facilities on Luke Air Force Base.
The reception desk is located at 7012 N. Bong Lane in Building 660.
Availability, Costs and Registration
Fighter Country Inn accepts reservations based on availability up to 120 days in advance for VAQ and 30 days in advance for TLF requests. Due to mission requirement, space-available reservations will only be accepted three days in advance/three day increments for all room types during the months of March and April.

Fourteen of the units are pet-friendly and guests utilizing these quarters incur a pet fee that is applied to their account daily. Guests must abide by the Air Force Lodging Pet Policy and provide proof for all vaccinations at the time of check-in. Guests are limited to two pets per unit. Pets are prohibited in all other units. If a pet-friendly unit is not available, guests will need to kennel their pets. Please check with the Luke Airman and Family Readiness Center or Fighter Country Inn for a list of kennels in the local area.
All TLF houses are single-story. The Fighter Country Inn has two single rooms which are handicapped accessible. For more information or questions about your specific needs, please call the inn.
Check in is at 2 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m.
Late Check In
Permanent change of station single airmen arriving after duty hours or on weekends, are housed in hospitality quarters until the first duty day when they are assigned to their squadron dormitory.
