Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is located at 7282 N. 137 Ave. Building 1113 on Luke Air Force Base. The center is closed the third Thursday of each month for training. It can be reached by calling 623-856-6550 or DSN 312-896-6550 or via email.
