A loan closet is a program that allows service members, families and loved ones to borrow durable equipment or resources especially as they are awaiting their household good. This program varies by service so check out the below information to see what is offered at this installation.
FAMILY READINESS CENTER LOAN CLOSET: The loan closet at the Military & Family Readiness Center (Bldg 677, 55 South Mitchell St) provides essential items for loan at no cost to arriving or departing personnel and families while awaiting the arrival of household goods. Items include: pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pots, toasters, sleeping mats, porta-cribs, high chairs, card tables, and folding chairs. These items can be loaned out for 30-day intervals and extended as needed. Member must provide a copy of orders to utilize this service. Call 953-2353 for more information.
