Other resources include:

• Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) are licensed clinical professionals who are able to provide free short-term solution-focused counseling services to individuals, couples, children, and families. Services can be provided on or off installation, anywhere except your home, and are confidential meaning no names or notes are taken. However, they are mandated reporters of duty-to-warn situations. Counselors are available by calling 316-350-0665, 316-358-1706, 316-932-4014, or 316-519-3580.
• A Veterans Affairs Benefits Advisor is available in the M&FRC to assist service members, family members, veterans, and survivors with learning about and maximizing VA benefits. The VA Benefits Advisor can be reached at 316-213-0196.
• A representative from the Wichita Workforce Center is available at the M&FRC to assist members of the McConnell community with employment needs. Transitioning service members and spouses seeking employment are welcome to call 316-759-4040 for assistance. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

M&FRC services are available to Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, and Retired military members and their families, as well as DoD civilians.
