Government Family Housing is available on board NAS Jacksonville. All of the housing is privatized through Balfour Beatty.
To apply you will need a housing application (DD1746), a copy of your orders, a Page 2 (emergency data sheet or DEERS enrollment form), a current LES, and your Page 5 or Activity Loss sheet from your last permanent duty station.
Eligibility
To be eligible for on-base family housing, a military member must have legal dependents who will reside with him or her at least nine consecutive months out of the year. Applications are accepted for personnel stationed in the NAS Jacksonville area.
Availability
We are currently only housing newly arriving enlisted service members and their families at the Yellow Water Complex. Balfour Beatty is starting demolition and rebuilding of new homes on NAS Jacksonville so we will only be housing incoming enlisted and 4 bedroom Junior Officers on NAS, depending on their PRD dates.
