Who’s Eligible: Active duty, Guard/Reserve on active duty, retirees, and dependents with ID cards. (DoD civilians are not eligible)

Services Offered:

• Free legal advice (by appointment) on topics like family law, consumer issues, immigration, SCRA, and estate planning (wills, living wills, medical powers of attorney)
• Notary & powers of attorney (POA): Available as walk‑ins, no appointment needed

For wills and advanced directives, you can fill out worksheets in advance via the Air Force legal website to speed things up.

The Base Legal Office can help service members, retirees, and dependents file claims against or on behalf of the U.S. government.

Common scenarios include:

• Household Goods Claims (damage, loss during shipment)
• Personal Property Claims following events like natural disasters or storms

Other administrative claims involving government liability
