Installation Newcomer Orientation and Bus/Walking Site Tour is held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month Army Community Service, Building 250 from 8 a.m. to noon. The Newcomer Briefing is mandatory for all military personnel. Civilians, Contractors, and Spouses are highly encouraged to attend.
