If you’ve ever considered taking your education a step further, you should look to your installation for more information and assistance. They can help you decide if receiving an advanced degree is right for you, tell you which local colleges and classes are offered and find out if you’re eligible for tuition assistance. The Voluntary Education Center, or Installation Education Center, is available to help you put together a plan to advance your education.
Military spouses can also choose to engage with an education and career coach through the DoD’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program, or SECO. These coaches can assist them in exploring multiple tools, resources and information to reach their educational goals. The Creech Education and Training Office provides customer-focused services that enable airmen and their families to meet their academic and career goals. Our office provides education counseling, educational opportunities, and testing services.
Our dedicated Education Counselors can help you develop strategies to reach your educational and professional goals by providing guidance and useful resources that can facilitate your journey.
The Nellis Education and Training Office offers five on-base schools (CSN, OU, ERAU, & UNLV) including or offering undergraduate and graduate programs, on-base classes, and testing services.
Additionally, there are four test centers that offer both military and civilian testing. The Creech Education Office administers military testing only. Civilian testing, including College Level Examination Programs (CLEP) & DANTES Subject Standardization Tests (DSST) via the National University National Test Center, is offered only at Nellis AFB.
