The Eglin Military & Family Readiness Center supports military (active and retired), their dependents, and civil service members of all branches and components in achieving their career-related goals. The M&FRC's assistance provides employment skills and interest assessments, information on education and training, résumé preparation, interviewing and negotiating techniques, and preparation for a portable career. Support is provided through workshops, one-on-one consultation, and career coaching, plus a wide variety of information and technology resources designed to lead customers to a successful career path. Eglin Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) offers separating and retiring military members a complete range of transition services. The Transition Assistance Program (TAP), presented by the Eglin M&FRC, provides the necessary information, tools, and training to ensure military service members are prepared for their transition to civilian life or help them achieve success in their academic pursuits.

CareerSource Okaloosa Walton
The mission of CareerSource Okaloosa Walton is to ensure that every citizen has the opportunity and skills necessary to engage in meaningful employment throughout Okaloosa and Walton counties and that every business has access to educated, trained and prepared employees that meet their needs.
