Eglin offers separating & retiring military members a complete range of transition services.
The Airman & Family Readiness Center provides the means to meet all your congressionally-mandated requirements from conducting pre-separation/retirement counseling to hosting the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) workshop. The goal of the TAP workshop is to provide the necessary tools to equip separates/retirees for employment in the civilian workforce or help them achieve success in their academic pursuits.
