Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center has Stars and Stripes Learning Station https://www.youngchildassociates.com/ located on the installation. It is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs and is run by the U.S. General Services Administration. The Academy is a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children the nation's largest organization of early childhood educators. The SaSLS program offers to you and your children: Infant and toddler care, pre-school, kindergarten readiness training, before and after school age care and summer camp for school age children.

The capacity of the Child Development Center is 124 children. There is a waiting list in some age groups, so apply as soon as you are notified of your arrival date. There is priority given to military/federal families. Registration is required to get on the waiting list.
