The Kadena Law Center provides legal advice and services to individuals, organizations, and command. Legal assistance is available to a majority of U.S. identification cardholders - please contact our office to verify eligibility.
Types of Services
We are able to assist individuals with various issues, including regarding personal civil legal matters to eligible beneficiaries, including active duty or retired military members and their dependents. Examples of personal civil legal matters include: adoption, dependent care, financial responsibility, domestic relations, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), veterans reemployment rights, landlord-tenant, and casualty affairs.
We also advise command on a wide variety of disciplinary and quality force issues, including courts-martial, nonjudicial punishment, administrative discharges, and demotions.
