Costs and Enrollment
All requests for care are done through the MilitaryChildCare.com website. Families are required to set up an account and place a request for care at this website. Some age groups have a waiting list for care so immediate space may not be available. When a space is available the CDC will contact parents, at which time the parent has 48 hours to accept the space. Once accepted, the parent will then contact the CDC for the enrollment package. Please contact the CDC if there are questions concerning enrollment at 701-723-3750.
Total Family Income is used to determine fees in accordance with the DOD policy. Proof of income is required for enrollment and fees will be set in one of nine categories. Fee information can be obtained by contacting the Child Development Center.
Enrollment packages are available once children are offered a slot. Forms are available electronically, however wet signatures are required for most forms (as of now). Some age groups have a waiting list for care. Please contact the CDC for specific waiting list information.
