A loan closet is a program that allows service members, families and loved ones to borrow durable equipment or resources especially as they are awaiting their household good. This program varies by service so check out the below information to see what is offered at this installation.
The Loan Closet located at outdoor recreation provides temporary household goods to incoming or outgoing personnel. The Loan Closet has the following items that may be checked out for your convenience:
"Kitchen in a Box" which includes items of the following: plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, spoons, forks, knives and other utensils, measuring cup, measuring spoon set, pots and pans set, toaster and coffee pot. Other kitchen items may be added.
The Loan Closet can also check out irons, ironing boards, folding chairs, folding tables and sleeping pads.
High Chairs are available for small children.
The Loan Closet is located in the 5 FSS Outdoor Recreation Section. Bring a copy of your orders to sign out items. There is no cost for PCS moves. PCS loans are for 30 days. Items are on a first come first serve basis. For hours of operation see Installation Contacts.
