Eligibility – All active duty enlisted and officer personnel with accompanying family members are -predetermined eligible for housing. Assignment to a housing unit is based on family size and availability of housing units.
Availability -- Because of the demand for quarters, generally personnel must be placed on a waiting list for a varying amount of time. It is the policy of the Station to fully utilize the PPV located in Kingsville. While you are awaiting assignment to PPV housing, our Housing Service Center will assist you with information on locating suitable, affordable, temporary housing in the community, or, possibly, locating housing for your full tour at Kingsville. The wait times vary depending on your requirements. It could be as little as a few days up to more than 1-2 months.
