Claims for household goods are not processed at Naval Air Station Kingsville or Corpus Christi Legal Office. If you need to file a claim due to damage to household goods during shipment provided through the U.S. Navy, you must do the following:

• Domestic moves prior to Nov. 1, 2007 or international moves prior to Oct. 1, 2007: You have 70 days in which to go to the Naval Air Station Kingsville Personal Property Office from date of delivery to file your claim.
• For all moves conducted after the aforementioned dates, you must go through your carrier within 75 days from date of delivery.

Legal assistance for NAS Kingsville military personnel and dependents is provided Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 0730-1600 (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), Wednesday 0730-1200 and Friday 0730-1500, (7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.), in the NAS Kingsville Legal Office, located in Bldg. 2740, 3rd Deck.
