Programs and services are available at most installations for children up to age 12. Care may be provided in Child Development Centers, School Age Care Programs, and Family Child Care Homes. Please review the information to find out what programs and services are available at this installation. The Offutt Air Force Base Child Development Centers have a wide range of services and is available in priority order to dependents of active-duty service members, War Department civilian personnel (APF or NAF), reservists on duty, and DOW contractors. Full-time and hourly care is available to meet your specific needs. The Offutt Enrichment Program (preschool) is also a service that the Offutt AFB Child Development Center provides. Expanded services are offered, providing care for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
Hourly care for children 12 months to 10 years of age is available, but reservations are required and space is limited. Fees are figured on DOW Uniformed Fees and Charges and are based on total family income.

Through the Department of the Air Force Child and Youth Programs School Age Care (SAC) program, the Youth Center offers a before and after school activities program for 130-135 children, ages 5-12. The program includes transportation to and from nine elementary schools in the local area. Immunizations must be current. Register at MilitaryChildCare.com
The Early Childhood Center is an educational center intended for children birth to eight years old and their parents. The center is open to families that reside in the Bellevue Public Schools attendance area or active duty military families. Parents have the opportunity to check out toys and resources to take home with them. The parents must accompany their children while participating in the center's activities.
