The Offutt Air Force Base Legal Office (Bldg. 302) serves active-duty members, retirees, and family members, to include, Reserve and Guard members on active duty as well as family members of any of the above, including un-remarried former spouses with valid identification cards.

To file a Household Goods Service Claim you will need to:

1. Log in DPS with Username/Password 

2. Retrieve/complete your DD Form 1840 (70 days from the date of delivery)

3. File a claim with carrier within 9 months from the date of delivery for Full Replacement Value

If you are unsatisfied with your carrier’s offer for your Household Goods Service Claim, you will need to address this through the Air Force Claims Service Center (AFCSC) at https://claims.jag.af.mil or DSN 986-8044 or 1-877-854-1212.

 Your HHG Claim must be filed within 2 years from the date of delivery
