The Family Child Care Program offers child care in a licensed family setting by providers living on/off base housing. These self-employed providers operate their home independently in compliance with strict Air Force policies as well as state policies for off base housing, including frequent inspections and close monitoring by the Family Child Care staff. Extensive background screening and orientation training must be completed prior to licensing. Annual training required to maintain licensing far surpasses state requirements. Various types of care are offered including full-day, hourly, part-day, nights and weekends. Children ages six weeks to 12 years of active duty military and Department of Defense civilians are eligible for care. To enroll in the Family Child Care Program please call 478-926-3080 or DSN 468-3080.
Robins AFB Child Development Centers offer the highest quality child care services available for children six weeks through 5 years of age. The program is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs and certified by the Department of Defense and the Department of the Air Force. The goal is to offer children of active duty military and Department of Defense civilians a safe, healthy, and loving environment while away from parents and home.
