Temporary Housing

Contact Robins Air Force Base Lodging to make reservations in advance of your arrival, DSN 312-468-2100 or 478-926-2100. Pets are allowed only in those rooms designated as Pet Temporary Lodging Facilities. In addition to the normal daily rate of $94, a fee of $10 per day will be charged for Pet TLF, for a total of $104 per day. All other rooms will require arrangements be made to board your pet.

Reservations

The Pine Oaks Lodging front desk is located in building 557. It is across from the Horizon’s Event Center on Club Drive. To ensure that accommodations are made, please complete the registration form in its entirety. Reservations are not definite until you receive a confirmation number. This form is for single reservations only. Group reservations must be requested by contacting the Pine Oaks Lodge at DSN 312-468-2100 or 478-926-2100 and speak to the reservationists.

Length of Stay

Space available reservations can be made up to 360 days in advance depending on projected occupancy for the requested time frame.

Reservations may be made for up to 30 days if space is available. If quarters are not available on base, the office will provide a list of local hotels.

Pets

Pets are allowed only in those rooms designated as Pet TLF. An additional daily fee of $10 will be charged for a Pet TLF. All other rooms will require arrangements be made to board your pet.

Campsites at Robins Air Force Base have full hookups, showers, restroom and laundry facilities. There are also playgrounds, nature trails and a clubhouse with Wi-Fi. Sites have water, sewer and electric (20, 30 and 50-amp service available).

Rates

$30 per night, $130 per week, and $390 per month. 

Campsites are in a pine forest setting, close to several ponds, and there is 24-hour access.
