The Robins Community Action Board determined that key leader mandated briefing/training requirements upon assuming a command/key leadership position would be conducted through a monthly KLO course. This course is for Commanders, Civilian Senior Leaders/Directors, Material Leaders and highly encouraged for all Superintendents and First Sergeants. In addition, if seats are available other organization’s key leaders, e.g., deputies, etc., are welcome to attend.
The KLO is hosted by the Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC), Bldg 794, the third Thursday of the month from 8:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Currently, A&FRC is able to identify Commanders and First Sergeants (8F) through a gains roster; however, Civilian Directors/Senior Leaders, Material Leaders, Superintendents, and First Sergeants (additional duty) will need to be identified and registered for the course by their organization/CSS. To register, organizations should contact the A&FRC front desk: Commercial: 478-926-1256 DSN: 468-1256 Key Leaders will want to sign up for the Key Leader Orientation course by contacting your unit's CSS also.
