Personnel with orders to F.E. Warren Air Force Base during July are encouraged to not report if at all possible, during the last two full weeks of July. Personnel with Permanent Change of Station orders have priority but that does not guarantee any lodging in Temporary Lodging Facility during this time.
Your sponsor will meet you and assist during your transition to F. E. Warren. Upon arrival, check in with your sponsor and in-process with your assigned Commander's Support Staff on the first duty day.
