Welcome to Guam from the Region Legal Service Office (RLSO) Branch Office Guam. We are here to make your assignment on Guam easier by providing legal services. These services are available to all active duty Navy and Marine Corps personnel, retired military personnel, and their dependents.Clients can receive legal assistance from an attorney in a variety of areas. These include wills and estate planning, divorce/separation, child custody and support, landlord-tenant, adoption, immigration, and consumer law. If you are interested in setting up an appointment, please call our appointment line at the number below.
Preparation of routine legal documents such as special powers of attorney and affidavits are available on a walk-in basis. Prospective customers are encouraged to call prior to coming to see if our notaries can provide the services required. You must present you military, dependent, or retiree ID card AND a state ID, driver’s license, or passport upon checking in.
