Temporary Housing

Before selecting a temporary lodging facility, be sure you understand your Temporary Lodging Entitlement (TLE).  TLE is designed to partially reimburse the cost of temporary lodging for PCS'ing personnel between the time their permanent residence is no longer habitable and they start their travel to the next destination AND between the time their travel stops and they find permanent lodging, not to exceed 10 days.  For more information on TLE, ask your Relocation Assistance Program manager at the Fleet & Family Support Center 425-304-3735 (listed in the Installation Contacts section of Military Installations) or your PSD Travel personnel. 

Navy Lodge Everett

Navy Lodge Everett is located approximately 12 miles north of the main base at the Navy Support Complex at Smokey Point (Marysville, WA), within walking distance of the Commissary, NEX, Chapel, Fleet and Family Support Center, Child Care Resource and Referral, Youth Programs, Navy and Marine Corp Relief Society, Thrift Shop and Navy Federal Credit Union.The Lodge is approximately 54 miles from SEATAC Airport.

Navy Lodge Everett has 46 air-conditioned guest rooms with fully stocked kitchenettes and private baths. There are also 2 family suites with full sized kitchen, dishwasher, dining area, and living room with sleeper sofa. Housekeeping services are provided daily. Other amenities are children play area, family picnic and barbecue area, DVD Rental Service, coin-operated guest laundry facility, free wi-fi and complimentary breakfast.

Navy Lodge Everett is a pet friendly hotel. However, you must notify us prior to your arrival that you are bringing your pet in order that we may reserve a pet friendly room for you. A copy of your pet's shot record must be provided at check in. A non-refundable fee is charged.

Pets

All pets should be seen by a veterinarian and have up to date vaccination records. A heath certificate is also a good idea if you are traveling from state-to-state or across international borders. Treat the area where you walk as if it were your own yard and always clean up after your pet, using the bags provided. The following items are essential to have when checking in with a dog: A sturdy leash and extra collar; an old blanket or sheet for wherever the pet carrier will be secured; old sheets to cover bedding and furniture once you reach your accommodations; your pet's own bedding; food and water bowl set; treats; toys or chew items; medications, supplements and preventatives; a flashlight for nighttime walk; brush, comb and lint remover. For a cat: a full litter pan with extra litter; liners and newspaper for underneath; waste removal bags; old towels, carpet cleaner, disinfectant spray and trash bags for accidents.
