The Military and Family Support Center is one part of a larger network of agencies, programs, services, partnerships and individuals that supports your personal and family readiness. The larger system called the Military Family Readiness System is a web of support for you and your family. Our Life Skills Educator offers tools to improve your daily life with classes such as Stress Management, Anger Management, Conflict Management, Time Management, Parenting Classes for both school-aged children and teens, as well as communication classes. In addition to Life Skills, FFSC also offer a variety of education opportunities including General Military Trainings on Domestic Violence Awareness, Child Abuse Prevention, and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response. Please note, all life skills classes are portable and can be brought to a command, FRG, or Ombudsman gathering and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the target audience.
