Operating hours for Legal Assistance are: Monday-Thursday 0730-1600, Friday 0730-1200, and Walk-In Attorney Services (Active Duty Only) Wednesday 0800-1100.
Powers of Attorney and Notary services are available daily without appointment. To see an attorney for services other than Powers of Attorney or Notary please call the appropriate office for an appointment. RLSO NW provides legal assistance to active duty service members and their dependents, and reservists on active duty for 30 days or more, and to retirees on a variety of topics. Legal assistance can include advice on topics such as consumer/financial affairs, disaster relief support and advice, family law, foreclosure advice and counseling, immigration, notary services, powers of attorney, landlord/tenant matters, Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act, small claims court matters, victim assistance, and wills/estate planning. RLSO also offers a Marriage Dissolution Workshop to provide informaiton relevant to service members planning on, currently in the process of divorce: "DISSO Workshop."
Pre-deployment services are given priority. Please contact your local office to see how it can best meet your pre-deployment needs.

Defense Service Office West (DSO West)
The Defense Service Office represents service members at Administrative Separation Boards, Boards of Inquiry and Courts-Martial, in addition to providing advice to service members on defense-related topics such as nonjudicial punishment.
