Lending Locker

The primary purpose of the Naval Station Mayport Lending Locker is to loan basic hospitality kits to personnel under permanent change of station orders, specifically, those arriving in the area in advance of their household items, or those who are departing the area after their household items have been shipped.

The typical items in stock include dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and silverware. All loaner kits come in sets of four.

Lending Locker items are available on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. For more information, call at 904-270-6600.

Loan Closet- How to Borrow

Service members requesting hospitality must have copy of PCS orders, complete the Lending Locker Agreement and conduct an inventory of the hospitality kit prior to check-out.

Loaner kits may be checked out for a period of 30 days (maximum length of use). Customers desiring an extension beyond 30 days must call the Fleet and Family Support Center for approval at 904-270-6600.

The military member is responsible for replacing all damaged or lost items.

All items issued must be returned clean and ready to be used for another service member.
