The 375th Medical Group supports the 375th Air Mobility Wing and 31 tenant units. In addition to the medical group's readiness mission, it provides health services for more than 26,000 local beneficiaries and 1,400 aeromedical patients. Call 618-256-9355. The nearest civilian hospitals are St. Elizabeth's Hospital 618-234-2120 located at 1 St. Elizabeth's Blvd., O’Fallon, IL 62269; and Memorial Hospital Shiloh 618-607-1000, located at 1404 Cross St., Shiloh, IL 62269. Both are located about 10 miles from the base.
