Emergency loans, grants and tuition assistance are available through Army Emergency Relief, Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and Air Force Aid Society.

Army Emergency Relief
AER financial assistance is no longer processed through the American Red Cross.
How to Apply for Assistance:AER now offers an online system for requesting financial assistance. Active-Duty Soldiers, Retired Soldiers, and Survivors can apply directly and receive an immediate eligibility decision.
The system will walk users through eligibility, account setup, and submitting their request.
