The Military and Family Support Center is one part of a larger network of agencies, programs, services, partnerships and individuals that supports your personal and family readiness. The larger system called the Military Family Readiness System is a web of support for you and your family. The Davis Soldier and Family Readiness Center (DSFRC) houses offices of the U.S. Army Garrison Italy Army Community Service, School Liaison Services and Child and Youth Services Central Registration. DSFRC is located in Building 108; call commercial 011-39-0444-71-5800 or DSN 314-646-5800.

Army Volunteer Corps
Volunteering offers an opportunity to meet people and make friends while gaining skills and experience. Documented voluntary service can be used on employment and college applications. FAP provides education-based prevention programs, supportive services and victim assistance to the community in the form of fun and informative events and activities to encourage healthy families and relationships, workshops and non-clinical counseling sessions. Programs focus on various topics, including new parent support, anger and stress management, effective discipline techniques, child abuse prevention, emergency placement care and effective communication skills. The Domestic Violence Victim Advocacy Program offers crisis intervention and services are available for victims of domestic violence 24 hours a day.
