Reporting Requirements
All newly assigned personnel must report to the Army Housing Office (AHO). Those seeking off post housing can obtain current information and assistance.

Application and Eligibility
Quarters are assigned to permanent party personnel when the military sponsor is physically present and has signed in for duty at the Carlisle Barracks. War College students receive designated quarters prior to their arrival based on the student-billeting plan for their class.
Carlisle Barracks has privatized government housing for 277 families. Quarters range in style from multi-unit apartment complexes to single-unit homes.
