Organizations occupying the McNamara Building are considered tenant units of Fort Belvoir and serviced through agreements with Fort Belvoir. The McNamara complex does maintain a fitness center, a cafeteria and other food kiosks, a child development center, a gift shop, and other amenities for the workforce. Information on the location of these support services is located at the information desk at the main entrance. You may also receive information from your internal organization as part of your orientation.
Fort Belvoir Army Community Service is the supporting Family Service Center. ACS assists the Fort Belvoir community by developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive services to help promote self-reliance, resilience, and stability. ACS offers no-cost classes and trainings that are designed to equip service members, family members, retirees, and Department of Defense civilians with the life skills, knowledge, and support needed to face the challenges of military life. ACS is located at 5965 6th Street, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and can be reached at 571-231-7001.
