The Dover Military & Family Readiness Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A member of the Employment Team is available to provide one-on-one employment assistance and workshop facilitation. Workshops include Civilian Resume, Federal Resume, LinkedIn, and Remote Job Search. The event calendar, links and contact information can be found on the Dover M&FRC Facebook page.

The National Labor Exchange website is an unique public-private partnership that allows job seekers to search both federal and private sector jobs nationwide.
Spouse Education and Career Opportunities(SECO) and Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) provides employment assistance, and career and educational guidance to military spouses.
The Department of Defense Transition Assistance Program website is an easy-to-use, interactive web portal that provides life-long support to separating service members, including active-duty, guard and reserve members and their families. It is a single-source starting point for accessing key resources available for service members transitioning out of the military at any point in their military career.
USAJOBS is the U.S. Government's official source of federal jobs and employment information. It is the portal to search and apply for federal positions. Another beneficial site for veterans, transitioning service members and dependents who would like federal employment is the FedsHireVets website. This site provides resources and assistance for military community members who would like employment in the federal government. The website includes a veterans preference advisor and a list of the Veterans Employment Program Offices.
