Legal Assistance

The Law Center provides legal support and advice to command and other agencies in reference to military justice, contracts, labor, environmental and operations law. The center also provides legal advice and assistance on personal and civil matters to military members, retirees and dependent family members.

These services can include:

• Power of attorney
• Notaries
• Landlord-tenant and lease issues
• Domestic relation issues
• Consumer issues

Claims Services

The Air Force Claims Service Center processes household goods claims, which include damage to or loss of personal property, shipments or other household goods, during the airmen’s permanent change of station. While the Law Center doesn’t personally adjudicate those claims, it can assist with facilitating communication between the claimant and the AFCSC, as well as assist with any investigative actions that may need to be done to process the claim. Power of Attorney and Notary Walk-in hours are Tuesday and Thursday 0900-1500
Wills and Estate Plans are Wednesday from 0900-1200 by appointment only
